Review on 📚 CZUR Aura X-P Portable Document and Travel-Friendly Book Scanner | Built-in Battery | Windows & macOS Compatible by Bomba Ton

For the record, I consider myself tech savvy and don't like to give negative reviews but there were red flags and issues with this scanner from the start. First, the software kept freezing (I was using a Windows PC, which should be compatible and had no issues with memory, corruption, etc.). So many times I removed the included disc and even scanned it for damage but it didn't install. So I did the logical thing and decided to skip the disc and download the software using the CZUR link provided in their mini-guide... Did I get a 404 page error? After burning for another hour I really wanted this scanner to work. . I ended up forcibly installing the program on my system, entering the serial number and then I was connected... but the disappointment didn't end there. Article (book) was not scanned. After several reboots, reboots, turning on and off with the handle, reconnecting the USB at the suggestion of prompts, still to no avail, this model didn't work. I really wanted this scanner to work but gave up and boxed it back up for a return after spending 2 hours of my time Sunday evening troubleshooting what should have worked straight away. I don't usually have these problems and can fix them myself, but didn't want to try a replacement for fear it wouldn't work again and take more time. I was wondering if it was just defective or if there were other complaints about CZUR and I found them as I dug deeper. In summary, due diligence and brand research are essential for these types of products. Good luck, but mine was cursed.
