TooGet: Not Living Up to the Hype

I was eager to check out TooGet as a product manager and see what they had to offer. Unfortunately, I came away from it feeling let down. Although they had a wide variety of herbs, seasonings, and teas, I did not enjoy shopping on their website. It took me a while to locate what I needed because the navigation was cumbersome and counterintuitive. When I finally did track down a product, the details presented were frequently vague or contradictory. However, I was most worried about the goods' quality. Many of the exotic foods and drinks I ordered were either not what I expected or were past their expiration dates. Without knowing the origins of the components or the methods used in their production, I had no confidence that I was receiving the superior goods for which I had paid. When I reached out with questions, customer support was slow to respond and unhelpful. It made me feel like a number and not a cherished customer. TooGet has the makings of a fantastic virtual supermarket and luxury food emporium. However, if they want to deliver on their promises and live up to their customers' expectations, they need to fix the problems with their user experience, product quality, and customer support.

Pros
  • Website that is simple to navigate
Cons
  • Product information on the page is inconsistent.
