I have to say that this is by far the best bra that I have come by, since my surgery. I have struggled with finding a good bra, that gave me both comfort and support needed, during my post surgical experience. This bra is adjustable both around the waist and shoulders strap, making it easy to adjust as swelling reduces (rather than having to purchase different bra/sizes). It has also been ideal for sleeping. I found it comforting that with a little bit of adjusting, this bra has provided me just the right amount of support that I needed during the night. Resulting in reduced swelling and soreness after waking up in the morning. I would highly recommend this bra to anyone considering breast augmentation/reduction surgery.Edited: I took a star off of my rating because after wearing the bra for a few days, I noticed that it started to bother my incision site. I had to place gauze on my incision site for comfort do to the lack of padding around the waistband. If the waistband was padded, to avoid rubbing on the incision/stitches, I would of rated this product at a 5.
