I like that we are able to use our own agency for investigations which means less paperwork than going outside with an external investigator who might not be available when needed or qualified enough. We used their services several years ago so didn't have any experience then but they seemed pretty good back them up at least from what I heard others say about their service. They do offer some very competitive rates compared other competitors out there. If you go through this process once its done it will take around 30 - 60 minutes per case depending upon how busy agents are. The time can vary as sometimes cases get pushed into different shifts if more serious crimes occur during off-hours. There were times where multiple people would show up trying to complete one investigation within limited amount of hours due to holidays or just simply too many investigators wanting to investigate one crime together.
