If the parts/manufacturing used for assembly was easier this would have gotten a higher rating as the product seems good. If you can get through the assembly, the product works and is very usable.Packaging: White board came properly packaged although the extra magnets had come loose from the additional packaging inside the box but wasn't an issue.Assembly: Bolt holes didn't line up properly for the cross supports. The washers that were included were not large enough for the bolt/screws to go through making them unusable. Lining up the white board with the frame seemed more difficult than it should be as the slide supports that locks the white board for height really needed two people to hold and align.White board: Board surface was clean and easy to write/draw on using the provided markers. the magnets that were included held on the board. Erasing the board after a few days was easy and complete without leaving hazing/shadowing.
