I like that this firm is extremely knowledgeable in areas including business law as well as international tax matters which are two key concerns when working closely or managing complex transactions worldwide! The staff was very friendly at all times during my time there-- nothing but great people who were always helpful whenever needed even outside office hours!! Nothing really comes out negative from me about their service so far though it can be difficult finding an attorney you feel comfortable/comfortable enough around (especially if not local) since they do work across state lines into every major city throughout America; however once found one feels confident everything will turn positive because he knows his stuff inside nandout. Highly recommend them just keep your eyes open until someone recommended otherwise ;) Tax issues regarding cross border transaction agreements particularly those involving US taxpayers living abroad due mostly to employment contracts within multinationals such us Apple Inc., Facebook etc.; also helping set up LLC structures where required by jurisdiction / country rules.
