Review on WatchKeeper by Patrick Diaz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A useful tool when looking into IT operations

The best part is I can see all my alerts in ONE location rather than searching for each app individually. Sometimes it takes multiple taps/clicks before you get an alert that doesn't make sense (like sending email). Other times there's just no way of getting at some apps if they are hidden behind other more popular ones like Google maps or Facebook Messenger - this makes finding them really difficult! So far we haven't found much use outside from having access to our alarms but maybe its because sometimes the information given isn't very accurate? We've only had soem minor issues as opposed to others who have mentioned problems receiving emails through their services even though their mobile applications work fine. My employer has been able to improve safety within site without adding additional staff by automating certain processes which were time consuming or manual prior. The best thing about watchkeeper is that it can easily integrate with other third party applications like PagerDuty or Slack which makes monitoring easier for us as well as our clients. It's also very easy to use, I don't think there are any downsides at this time but if you have feedback please let me know! We're using Watchkeeper to monitor our infrastructure and keep an eye out for potential issues before they become problems.
