Great Firm, Amazing People: Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft
The cadwalader team is very professional. I have always felt that they are there with me and the firm is there for me. I have never had to worry about a case or a bill. The team always keeps me informed and there are always opportunities for me to grow. There are no complaints. This is a firm that I have never felt left out about. They treat me like an equal. I have never felt that I am not a part of the firm's culture. I have never felt that I am not a part of the cadwalader family. I have been with the firm for over 15 years. This is how it should be.
Pros
- It doesn't feel cookie cutter every meeting starts off from what you need good value when comparing against peers in field + better then most boutique firms!
Cons
- Lackluster clients at smaller (not sure why this happens)
- Somewhat expensive compared other top notch bouts qeue firms
