Review on WaterSmart by Brian Davis
A good resource that helps keep track and manage water use
I like how it gives me info about my usage compared against others in our neighborhood so we dont waste gallons! It is not very user friendly for those of us who are computer savy but does have an app you can download which will make your life easier!! You need both if possible because its easy enough once u learn everything without having trouble using only online or App version. Not much anything at this time would improve their system unless more people chose to join other than yourself (it gets confusing being all alone). Also no option was given during sign up regarding automatic billing vs manual bill payer/sender etc.. If they offer auto-billing then do try out as many features there's alot available yet most users don't know what functions work best until later when doing research from website itself or trial accounts offered by third party companies such has Bankrate ect., So far nothing bad i've found thusfar just some minor things could.
- No major dislike, works well with bills received via mail & emails also mobile apps good too..but still better off manually entering information into each payment that comes thru instead tho since sometimes payments come through quicker after 1st day post due date otherwise must wait 2nd business days before receiving email notification
