Review on Linsery by Brian Finley

Products at Linsery are of poor quality

I chose to test Linsery because, as a DIY pro, I'm constantly looking for inexpensive apparel, shoes, and jewelry. Unfortunately, I had a really unsatisfactory experience. The goods had fragile construction, cheap-looking design elements, and poor build quality that made them not last very long. The apparel was uncomfortable to wear and was difficult to size due to irregular fitting and erroneous measurements. The shoes had weak soles and subpar construction, which caused them to wear out rapidly. They were also unpleasant. Some of the jewelry did not resemble the images on the website, contrary to what was claimed. Even worse, Linsery's customer support was unresponsive and useless. When I finally got a response to my questions, the staff was unprofessional and didn't appear to care about my worries. I had to wait a very long time for this. Unclear instructions and additional costs made the return process challenging, making it challenging to receive my money back. In general, I would not advise visiting the Linsery online store. The products are of poor quality, the size is variable, and the customer service is appalling, making for a less than pleasant buying experience. As a pro at DIY, I am aware of the importance of spending money on high-quality materials, and regrettably, Linsery falls short in this regard.

Pros
  • Large and varied variety of apparel, footwear, and jewelry
Cons
  • Low-quality aesthetics
