INSEN Does Not Live Up to the Expectations It Set For Itself Regarding Quality

I am currently expecting my first child, so the discovery of a one-stop store like INSEN was very exciting for me. Nonetheless, the interaction I had with the business left me with a sense of dissatisfaction. Despite the fact that they have a huge variety of products available, the quality of these things is not very good. After only a few uses, the maternity cushion that I purchased had become lumpy and flat, despite the fact that it was advertised as providing support and comfort during pregnancy. Both the stroller and the car seat that I purchased were a letdown for me because they were difficult to put together and did not appear to be very durable. In addition, INSEN provided a level of customer support that fell short of being satisfactory. When I attempted to return these items, I was met with resistance, and there was no willingness on anyone's part to assist me. The procedure for returning the item was complicated, took a lot of time, and ultimately required me to pay for return delivery. In general, despite the fact that INSEN may offer a selection of products for expectant mothers and their infants, I am unable to endorse this retailer due to the low quality of the products they sell and the unsatisfactory level of customer service they provide.

Pros
  • Large variety of high-quality maternity and infant merchandise to choose from.
Cons
  • Some goods might be of poor grade.
