Great Customer Service - Everyone Makes You Feel Appreciated

The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to help with any issues we have, even if it's something as simple as an email that needs attention or changing out our printer cartridges for ones they provide us at no cost (which saves money!). I wish there was more integration between Dynamics 365 and the other systems in use within my organization. It would be nice not having separate data sources but instead being able to pull all of your information together into one system so you can easily see everything pertaining to each client/customer. If you're looking for a great team who will work hard to get things done quickly without sacrificing quality this is where you need look next time around. We were using multiple different applications throughout our office which made keeping track of tasks difficult. Now when someone has an issue they know exactly what their problem area is and how best to solve them. This also makes scheduling much easier since everyone knows what day people should expect certain requests from others.
