This is a really neat device. It provides AM/FM/Emergency broadcasts, plus weather, a compass, flash- and reading lights, and USB ports to charge your phone. It measures a lean 7x4” inches so fits easily in a drawer or glove compartment. After a minute of cranking — or solar powering — you have full radio and charging capability. I plan to keep this in the car for emergencies (I have a 20 year old car).On the downside, the speaker isn’t hi fi, but certainly clear and loud. Also, the controls are all plastic and feel a bit flimsy, but for the purposes it’s designed to be used, it’s well above good enough. I look forward to using this for many years.
