Review on Nintendo Switch Pro Controller gamepad, black by Ask Itthipong ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

But there are already more advantages - for starters, it is fully compatible with a PC without any tricks. It is equipped with a built-in gyroscope, accelerometer, NFC (for working with amibo) and a battery (not batteries like those of the same Microsoft), and there is also a very high-quality Type-c cable in the kit.

Pros
  • Compared to joycons, a normal large joystick is much more convenient. The smooth movement of the sticks and their larger angle allow you to aim more accurately and correctly control the movement of the character without unnecessary jerks. It would seem that why even write about a more ergonomic version of the joy-con. But I have something to compare it with in addition to the complete ones. Of course with the joystick from X-Box One. And here the difference is no longer so obvious because they are the same in form: Unless the Xbox platform is a little larger, the handles are a little longer and the crosspiece is not much different in shape. But in general, Nintendo designers clearly did not reinvent the wheel, which is good. Now let's go through the prices to determine the need for a purchase for a PC (all prices will be approximate and without seasonal discounts): - 4000 - the approximate price of a nintendo pro controller, complete with which we also get a charging cord and a battery immediately installed on board. - The option from Microsoft here seems cheaper than only 3500 on average, but you also need a battery, and this is another 1500. Bottom line: is it worth taking it for a switch - definitely. Whether it is worth taking to play on a PC depends on the need for a wireless connection.
Cons
  • The only drawback of the switch joystick is perhaps the lack of a smooth running of the triggers, and this is critical in racing.

Pros: Quality materials. Fits perfectly in the hands. Rubberized sticks. Holds a charge for a long time. Some cons: No headphone jack. The rear triggers do not have a soft pull function.
