First the seller delivered them quickly and in the original packaging. Excellent seller! Would buy from them again. Before I bought them I looked at about 20-30 review articles and YouTube videos so I was confident in this purchase as others really liked this product. Unfortunately, the battery life is so short that I still have to carry spare headphones when they inevitably die at the airport, which is very frustrating. Claimed 6 hours of battery life on full use but so far they have not lasted more than 3-4 hours on standby and on full use. The sound quality is clear when listening to music, audio books, etc. The fit is very comfortable in my ear and they have extra ear tips for different sized ears which is clever. I noticed that the length of these headphones is a lot longer than I expected, but that's my fault for not looking at the dimensions before purchasing. I can hear the calls very clearly, but my co-workers have indicated that they cannot hear me well during these calls and that I have a very muffled sound when I come in. Battery life that lasts for a day of use (charge every night) and allows me to make and receive clear calls. In these three areas, the headphones performed poorly in terms of battery life, good sound quality and below-average call clarity. I wouldn't buy them again.
