Overall, it's a decent display with a fairly consistent IPS panel and minimal glow or bleeding. The installation of a mini joystick for OSD navigation is also a real plus in this price range. This is really the only positive differentiator and unfortunately the biggest viewpoint I have on this product is clearly negative. It comes with the thinnest, shortest, most absurdly routed power cord I've ever seen with a monitor. The child could cut the umbilical cord in half without tools if they really wanted to. Plus, it's so short you'll probably need an extension cord to get to the power supply. This becomes apparent when you mount it on a desktop mount (e.g. in a multi-monitor configuration) as the power cord barely reaches the bottom of the mount. At first glance, this seems like a pretty good deal for the feature set. - and basically it is - but when you factor in the cost of a grounded power strip, then less. Very disappointed in LG for such extreme savings that end up saving less than a dollar per unit but costing the consumer ten times more to offset that amount and making clean wiring a chore.
