Long lasting, hefty, good paper weight

I added some stick-on tabs to this (the little paper tabs that come with this don't have the necessary durability) - but some 3M file tabs did the trick. I have sections for a handful of projects as well as each of my direct supervisees, so I can keep a single notebook for meetings for a year (or so). I know it's old school, but there's something more pleasant about jotting down notes in this than typing in OneNote or similar.
