Great Customer Service & Tech Support Staff

The customer service has been friendly and fast to take care of any problems that we have had. Also the technical support staff is also fast to respond and help. The ability to easily create multiple groups of customers and then communicate with each of them is fantastic. I have never had any problems with ApexDen. I can send text message to all of the customers quickly and easily. Also, it keeps a running calendar of the calls and appointments we have had. The ease to use app for scheduling clients or leads was my favorite feature about apexden! It has been so easy using their tool that I have not had any issues at all during our first year working together as co-founders/coaches!! We are solving two problems we were having when trying other tools - 1) Scheduling client meetings (in person + virtual). 2.) Tracking progress toward goals set out between us.
