Review on Work In Comfort With HUANUO Adjustable Under Desk Footrest At Home Or Office by Charley Prz

Revainrating 2 out of 5

I don't think I've ever been more disappointed

I have a very basic footrest that I use at home and wanted another one to store at my local congregation to use during worship services so I could sit my iPad on my lap and take notes and follow along without my device dipping to an unnatural angle. Well, this contraption couldn't be more uncomfortable or difficult to use. If you happen to allow it to fall to it's extended shape, it's VERY difficult to figure out how to get it back into the 3 settings manually. The little rubber pieces on the bottom fall off all the time. It's LOUD and clunky sounding when you're trying to manipulate it into the correct position, not something you want when you're using this in a solemn place. The device itself is also very uncomfortable. I find that even at the lowest setting it pitches my thighs into an angle that is quite tiresome in only about 45 minutes, so mid-way through the service I have to push it aside (remember it's noisy) and just put my feet back on the floor for the remainder of the time.I have found a replacement I'm about to order and guess I'll be dropping this off at Goodwill since it's well past the return window.

Pros
  • Non-bulky design for easy storage when not in use.
Cons
  • Could be a hazard in emergency situations if not easily moveable
