On October 9th, I mailed back the items that I had returned. Now, on December 3, the money has not yet been returned every week, so I called the operators. When I explained the situation to the senior operators who took my call, they transferred the call back to me. Each time, they assured us that the money would be repaid, but they have not done so to this day. Today I was finally able to get through, and I asked that they sort out the problem immediately or else they will forget about the other calls. During the time that I was holding my breath, they found a solution to the issue. It turns out that a passport valid through 2022 is required, and they will only pay me for unopened items, which means that I will only be compensated for four rather than five gels. In addition to that, I broke out in a rash from so many nerves and wasted time on these lengthy phone calls, but they do not want my own money. There is no way that the product comes from Korea. If that is not the case, I will write a statement! I have every piece of proof, every piece of correspondence, and every photo report!
