I will add to everything that has been said above that the tires are made in the USA, but at the same time I took goodyear for a sedan, one of the best available models, but the production turned out to be Slovenia (if I'm not mistaken), and so it happened, rubber memory, slippery . (a car except decent asphalt sees nothing during its operation). So, apparently, with these brands, these tire sets, my relationship will end. Sores of cheap tires from China, and the price tag is 3 times higher. Meaning?
Pros
- Looks solid))) Pretty durable. Probably the best AT in the mud. Rows very well in fresh snow. But. . (see flaws)
Cons
- You will feel the above advantages of rubber while it is new . . At a mileage of 30,000 and wear of about 50%, these advantages practically dissolve along with the upper layers of the tire. The rubber became slippery, and on ANY surface, recently in an absolutely harmless situation on good dry asphalt, all 4 wheels fell into a skid . . But I started something out of order) Let's start with the first impressions after installation: the car began to behave much worse on speeds over 100-110 km / h, and immediately felt, even on good asphalt, as I call it the "jelly effect", the car began to shake, vibrations on the smallest bumps, the car seemed to "shake" on this rubber. And it has nothing to do with tire pressure. And besides, my suspension stiffness is regulated, and in no mode can I get rid of these unpleasant sensations (((As for the pressure . . although you need to download them 2.5 (so that the central track works and blah blah blah), but ride with such pressure is already very uncomfortable, so 1.8-1.9 is more or less normal driving. In addition, over time, the "rubber memory" was discovered, either at the beginning it was not, or did not notice, and also regardless from pressure, as a result, if the car stood for 2 days, then the first ten kilometers the shaking is terrible, until they warm up. I don't drive according to the principle "more gas - less holes", I'm at some bewilderment: what the hell! ?
