What a rip-off. So disgusted with this company for trying to put the screws to their customers. The ink does not last very long and is very expensive. I bet I printed maybe 50 pages and I am already getting a notice I am about out of ink. I have not printed a lot of graphics or any photos. Just documents like letters or made copies of important documents. WHEN YOU LOAD NEW INK, THE PRINTER USES 25% to 50% OF THE INK TO PREPARE THE PRINTER! AND EACH TIME YOU LOAD A NEW CARTRIDGE, IT USES UP ALL YES ALL INKS TO PREPARE THE PRINTER! INKS THAT WERE NOT LOW WILL BECOME LOW AFTER INSTALLING AN INK CARTRIDGE BECAUSE OF THIS. WHAT A WASTE! Your other option would be to replace all cartridges at the same time regardless of how empty they are, so you are still wasting ink either way. This company fails to think things through or fully test their models or they are laughing their a$$e$ off on their way to the bank. This is not a business model to keep customers however.
