Review on Closed Captioning by Harley Franchetti

I can't do without this software, there are features that I've taken for good when I use other programs similar to closed captions. The interface is easy to navigate and I like having things organized in separate sections, which makes it easier to find just what you're interested in. I also like the fact that I get reminders when packages should arrive, as well as shipping confirmation. In general, I do not have any complaints about Closed Captioning, but if ever I did I would contact Customer Service immediately because they are very responsive. If I were required to give up one feature, it would definitely be the ability to add multiple CC files at once. This way, we could easily make changes to our program in case anything changed, or if new subtitles and audio tracks come out. I like that they have an app for my phone, so I can see what is happening at any time. The only problem with this service is it's high cost compared to other closed caption services out there. If you want quality closed captions but don't need instant access from anywhere in the world then go with another provider! We use them to provide closed captions for our live streaming events. They do a great job!
