watch piece slides out too easily

My son lost his watch piece because it slides out too easily. He noticed it with one band so we put it in another and he lost it while at school with the second band.

Soooo big! Even for my adult wrist. I was hoping they would work for my 12 year old who wanted a band that he didn’t have to slip over his hand.
