I love how easy it is set up campaigns that are personalized! The reports can be quite detailed depending upon which tools you use so there's plenty of information here if needed (ie custom fields). Sometimes when using some programs they don't sync well between each other but this isn;t always an issue as far back-end changes go smoothly too - not sure what their support team does specifically during these times though? But overall great tool once setup properly :) We've been able solve our email list management problems by having one place where we could see who subscribed or unsubscribed from different emails via automated processes suchas drip campaign reminders etc.
