I give 1 star because there is no way to put -1. Once installed, the motor is permanently on and cannot be stopped if you turn it off. Both remotes and RJ-45 controllers have the controls reversed. If you press up they go down, if you press down they go up, if you press pause they do nothing, so as said there is no way to stop the motor from running continuously, unless you manually disconnect the cable. As soon as I saw this I realized it was defective and I had to send it back. But after testing it up/down 3-4 times, I notice that the screen doesn't rise/fall properly and makes awful waves right in the middle. At first there were small ripples on the screen that no one could see when the lights were off, but only after a few uses did their own mechanism create these horrific ripples. Of course I had to go back because it's completely unusable, even at the price you pay for it.
