Most of my training, which consists of weightlifting, running, and jumping rope, takes place at the gym. I used to just wear my old sneakers, but they did something in the heels, especially after lifting weights. such a pain, that's why i really like her. They're not as light as these lightweight shoes, but I like that they're lightweight; feel that there is more support and protection. I also don't know if it's because they're brand new or not, but they have a lot of friction (grip) on the ground.
