A wonderful management system & resource
The ease of setting up your product, which was exactly what we wanted as new businesses or expanding our current products/services - it's very easy to use! It has been great working with them so far- they are incredibly helpful and friendly (even though I don't live in their office!) We have used several different software programs but haven’t found one that makes managing all aspects of running my daycare easier than this program does.
Currently using everything from scheduling appointments through invoicing clients via email while also logging hours worked per client etc.-it works perfectly well for us at present time!
Pros
- Easy interface; ability is able log into multiple locations easily if needed instead having separate accounts open each location separately..the best part about scout? You can customize how you want things done within an account rather then just giving blanket instructions such "you need X amount" when really there may not be enough work available due simply because other staff members
