I like how easy it was to use, and how much information you can get from it. It's a great tool for any business that wants to understand their audience better. There isn't really anything bad about this software. If you're looking for something that will help you understand your customers better, then this is definitely the software for you! Figbytes has helped us understand our customers' behaviors and preferences. They've also allowed us to create content that is more targeted towards our customer base. The best thing about fig bytes was its ability to have multiple users in one account, which allowed us access from anywhere at anytime without having an internet connection! We were able solve some problems with our application that we couldn't resolve ourselves or using other software solutions like dropbox etc.. It also helped me organize my thoughts better when I had too many ideas for what could be done next because everything would fit into this single program so easily!!
