This shampoo definitely helps your hair retain its freshness for a longer period of time. Doesn't dry. Very supple and kind to the hair. I can say without a doubt that when I use other shampoos, I wash my hair every other day or the day after that. Sometimes even more frequently. And for the next three days, you won't be able to wash your hair. Who knows, maybe it won't work for you, but it's still worth a shot to give it a shot! I've been making use of it for the past six months at this point.
