Review on Stepsie by James Wiley

I like that it's easy for my employees who are not developers or IT personnel but need access, because they can easily use their phone as if in front of me while we talk about how best move forward! The customer support is also great - fast response time from someone at least 1 level above other solutions out there (eg TeamViewer). There isn't much you dislike specifically; however some features could be added such us being able to upload an image file instead just text files when adding new items into steps would help streamline things even more than what already exists here now days!! If anyone needs this product please let them know all good points will come up later ;) We used Stepsie primarily so users without developer skills/IT resources have easier way getting involved during planning process vs trying learn code themselves via documentation alone which takes too long sometimes :).
