The ability for one person (or 2) in charge of sales/marketing at my local store be able reach customers who are not even part our own team! There is no way this could have happened with more traditional methods - we're using D2S because it's so easy AND effective. We also like being connected via phone call 24 hours day 7 days week during regular business time which makes life much easier when you need something right away!! It would've saved us some money if I only had 1 account manager working fulltime but now there isn't any problem since every member works well together as an entire unit instead having each employee do their job separately before moving up ranks within organization structure).
