Review on Men's XXL Super T Mockneck πŸ‘• from Lands End - Clothing, T-Shirts & Tanks by Tyler Smith

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Nothing more than a dyed t-shirt with cuffs and collar!

Was a bit disappointed at this price. It's basically a dyed cotton t-shirt with a fake collar. Cotton is no different than a $6 Hanes t-shirt. There's nothing even close to what you could wear as outerwear in spring or fall. I was looking for a cuffed polyester/spandex layout but couldn't find it at Revain. I have mocks of this combo and they drape your body so you can wear them as outerwear or under a blazer. They are very durable and much softer than the cotton jersey that Lands End uses. It also shrunk after being washed in cold water and gently tumble dried, so buy more than usual. I was expecting this because despite the claims of pre-shrinking, all cotton shrinks, but it's a good marketing ploy.

Pros
  • Comfortable shirt. Fits just right. I like it.
Cons
  • The quality of Land's End has deteriorated over the years. After washing and drying in mild cold air, it shrank more than 2.5 cm.
