I like that it makes my life easier when dealing with health insurance companies! It's very user friendly to understand what you need/want in your plan as well how much out of pocket expenses are per year or month etc..

There could be some better customer service options available if they have larger plans (more than 100 employees). If looking at this product make sure there isn't any other solution already set up by another provider because once one has been implemented their competitors will follow suit which can cause issues down stream unless addressed immediately!!
