Review on Aoty by Mitch Warner

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Online retailer Aoty fails to provide customers with high-quality goods and services.

In my evaluation of the Aoty online store, I discovered that the business falls short in providing its customers with high-quality goods and support. The jewelry, shoes, and apparel for sale on the website are shoddyly manufactured, with uneven stitching and loose threads. The dimensions given on the website do not correspond to the uniformity of the sizing. The baby items also seem to be poorly manufactured and not what they are supposed to be. Along with having subpar goods, the Aoty online store also has unresponsive and unhelpful customer service. Customers must endure lengthy hold times when making phone and email queries. With no monitoring information offered, shipping takes longer than anticipated. Returns are difficult because the directions are vague and there are hidden fees. I wouldn't suggest Aoty online store to anyone searching for high-quality clothing, shoes, or baby products because of these flaws. If the business wants to keep its current customers and draw in new ones, it must raise the quality of both its products and customer care.

Pros
  • Low-cost rates.
Cons
  • slow response periods from customer service.
