LOYALLOOK was on my wish list, but slow international shipping ruined my first encounter with the brand. The goods themselves were fine, but I was left frustrated and unsatisfied by the lengthy and confusing shipping process. I had to wait a lot longer than expected for my order to appear because the estimated delivery date was off. My irritation with the shipping process was amplified by LOYALLOOK's silence throughout the ordeal. It was also shocking how much money had to be paid in customs and taxes. During checkout, I was not informed that I would have to pay a substantial sum in addition to the total of my purchase. In sum, LOYALLOOK could be a decent choice for U.S. customers, but I would advise international clients to think carefully about the possible complications and fees before making any purchases.
