Boderier: A Poor Purchasing Experience

I was eager to test Boderier as a foreign consumer because it promised high-quality clothing. I was, however, bitterly disappointed by my encounter. First off, using the navigation on their website was complex and challenging. Finding what I was looking for was challenging, and the search feature was ineffective. Second, the quality of the products was subpar. Although they were fantastic in the photographs, the quality was poor. The shoes were uncomfortable and of low quality, while the outfit was badly constructed and did not fit well. Along with looking cheap, the jewelry fell short of the level of elegance I had anticipated. Additionally, there was no customer service. They were unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to contact them for assistance with my order. Spending so much money on things that fell short of my expectations while getting no help when I needed it was irritating. Overall, I wouldn't advise other foreign shoppers to shop at Boderier. It is a frustrating purchasing experience due to the unintuitive website navigation, the low quality of the products, and the indifferent customer service.
