Revainrating 4 out of 5

It is of good quality, but I won't buy it again.

Apparently in order to reduce weight, Huawei made the body of a metal so thin that it plays when opened. When the laptop lid is closed, it stands flat on all 4 legs. As soon as it is opened, the right near leg comes off and hangs in the air about 1-1.5 mm from the table. Every time you put your hands on the laptop to start typing, it wobbles along with the display. To some, this may seem like a trifle, but in a day of use it radically changed the feel of the laptop. In fact, it's like working at a table that has one leg shorter than the others. Tellingly, I checked the D 14 models and models displayed on the trading floor, MagicBook 14 and 15 also suffered from a similar drawback. I doubt that this was part of the design of the device, so it can be assumed that this is just a very large percentage of defects. As a result, I took the device back to M. Video, where it was sent to Huawei for examination, but they immediately told me not to hope too much. As soon as there is an answer, I will write an ate. ate: The Huawei service center refused, stating that "the deviation is <0.5 mm, which corresponds to the manufacturer's standard. M. Video, of course, they didn’t help me here either. BUT, realizing that I couldn’t find the truth, I tried it corny a little bend in the opposite direction. First, his other leg began to rise, and this one stood up. By bending it back and forth several times, I still achieved symmetry and now everything is ok.

Pros
  • - Design - Dimensions and weight - Fingerprint sensor in power button - Complete charger 65W Type-C - Good autonomy due to a very large battery for this size - Good platform 3500U - Very fast SSD - The screen is good - Good sound for this form factor - Large keys at a comfortable distance - Not a bad solution with a webcam, but the angle is likely to seem unusual
Cons
  • - Workmanship of the case (see comment) - Now there are already some 4500U devices for similar money with an order of magnitude higher performance - Not the best keyboard layout and very short key travel (for an amateur)
