Review on Computer headset HyperX Cloud Orbit S, black by Adam Tomasz ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Lame product and terrible quality.

Due to inexperience in dealing with marriage, and also because Hong Kong was all closed, I decided to glue two fallen off headphones myself. (They fell off after half a year). A year later, crackling appeared in the left ear at high volume. Also, once the sound disappeared, the next day it miraculously appeared, without any manipulations with the headphones and with the software. I contacted the support service - the presence of traces of glue is recognized as a non-warranty case, but they offer to send parts for self-repair. Although everyone knows about these problems and just found an excuse not to repair / change ears. So the guarantee is 2 years, as they say on the site - nonsense and divorce. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying these headphones. There will be problems for sure and not the fact that they will help you solve them.

Pros
  • Excellent headphones in terms of sound quality. Yes, they are universal, because they are perfect for music, cinema, and games. Excellent, no, the best 7.1 emulation in games. The microphone also works great, when communicating in discord, it removes all third-party noise, does not distort the voice. I liked the headphones so much that now I can’t find an alternative to them (there is an audese mobius, but the price is different there, but the design is the same and the problems are the same, respectively). And in any case, you NEED to look for an alternative.
Cons
  • In view of the weak design, they have 2 colossal problems. The first one manifested itself during the first months of use - this is the rustling of the foil in the right earpiece with any head movements. The second, most serious, is that a crack appears in the places where the ears are attached and after that they simply fall off. Yes, I use headphones almost every day, but at the same time quite carefully, they did not fall. I definitely cannot and will not write off mechanical damage, that's for sure. Just not a well thought out design.
