The software can be used for multiple purposes, it has a very user friendly interface which makes training employees easy. It also allows you to use one system across your enterprise which reduces operational costs as well as time taken to train personnel. While I have found no real issues so far except minor ones such as not being able to make some changes or adding certain features that I wanted. However these could be resolved by contacting their support team directly who are extremely helpful in resolving any queries within minutes. We are using this product at our hospital department for a number of purpose like prescription management, medication administration, managing all the documents needed during shift handover etc.
