Review on HRiQ Cloud by Johnny Wheat

I like that you can see all of your candidates information, even if they are not active in our system yet! It makes it easy to pull info from them when necessary or needed for other departments such as Recruitment & Hiring!! Not much dislike about this program but maybe more features would be nice? If someone is looking at having their entire workforce centralized into one place then definitely consider using hriq cloud. You will find what every department needs within minutes after logging onto each screen with ease. ! I like that it is web-based, so there are no software installs or patches to worry about. It's very easy to use once you have some knowledge of how an online system works. The interface could be better - there is still a lot of "clutter" on the screen which can make finding what you're looking for difficult. We've been able to keep track of employee leave requests from home with ease.
