We are very satisfied with the purchase, but the fact that the main brush roller is not accessible, that is, neither washed nor replaced, is annoying, the roller is located next to the motor. It is not clear how much it costs and where they buy the main brushes with a roller when they fail. Everything else is great. Pros: It is easy to assemble and disassemble, it is convenient to hold in your hands and very light, you can immediately see the volume of collected dust, it is convenient to store (we used the attached wall holder, hung it in a utility closet), it makes no noise (I speak on the phone during cleaning), the quality of cleaning is good, I do turbo speed only for upholstered furniture, I use it a little every day, I charge it every three days - it's not tiring. Has some cons: 1. The plug is not for our sockets, there is no adapter when delivered (resolved). 2. The main floor brush is not collapsible (the working part with a roller), I still can’t believe it, maybe we didn’t figure it out (it’s a shame where to get a new roller assembly, if that). 3. There is no instruction in 2022 (wrong), maybe there would be, then there would be no problem p.2.
