Pandemic Approved on my review.

The is exactly what I have been looking for! With the current pandemic leaving the house much is out of the question. This allows for a total body workout from my living room! The range of resistance is amazing! No more gym fees for me!

Easy to use: Even with no previous experience in Pilates or resistance training, the kit is user-friendly and allows you to start training right away

Cons

The resistance bands may become damaged if exposed to heat or direct sunlight
