Review on Pancake pan AMT Gastroguss AMT124FIX, diameter 24 cm by Aneta Kociszewska ᠌

I am very upset, the product is no good.

During the renovation, an induction hob was installed. Attempts to use the existing frying pan for induction ended in failure. I started looking for a good frying pan. The installations were - small diameter (under the burner), induction, good recommendations. There was another option - to buy a portable electric burner specifically for pancakes. But I didn't like the options. One does not fit, then another. Then, having a sad experience with the existing frying pan, I decided to study the issue in detail and choose an expensive one, but so that it would be understood for sure - if pancakes do not work out, then not because of the frying pan, but because of the induction cooker. The option to buy something, and then again think about whether the problem is in the pan - did not suit me. How much will you experiment and what to do with those who do not fit. Most pans were of large diameter. And then I found a variant not only of a suitable diameter, with good recommendations, German, but also with a detachable handle. AMT Gastroguss I-124. I read about the coating - “Anti-stick layer with titanium particles. Cookware with a titanium non-stick coating is durable and does not corrode, has a high resistance to mechanical damage, which makes it possible to use non-sharp metal utensils.” Further description is not a frying pan, but a fairy tale. I started looking for reviews. Found one. It is clear that the pan is very expensive, there are not so many buyers. Decided — buy! For safety, I bought an expensive plastic spatula. We started cooking. Well, not the same quality as on gas or electric, but, in general, it’s good. Satisfied. Temperature - 7. But, after three or four preparations, I noticed that rough spots appeared on the surface. The place where they began to form is where I pry the edge of the pancake with a spatula. Each time the spots became larger and they became larger. After a month, the pancakes were sticking to the surface more and more. It became impossible to use it further . And this is for 9,000! And it’s a pity for money and now it’s not at all clear what to buy .

Pros
  • Advertiser testimonials, detachable handle, low sides
Cons
  • High price The surface deteriorates within a month, which makes it impossible to use
