Review on ๐Ÿพ Stress-Free Large Cat Carrier with Privacy Zippered Flaps, Perfect for Anxious and Sensitive Cats by Natasha Graham

The mesh is not thick enough

I bought two of these for my cats for an upcoming 4 hour trip. Both loved them as soon as I took them out. They come folded (as expected) and I was very pleased that the top and sides didn't sag like many soft carriers do. The strap is really strong and adjustable. Well, as for the size, it depends on the size of your cat. They are roomy in width and height (12 inches) but the length doesn't fit one of my cats. He's a big, long cat, and when he sat in head first, his butt was still sticking out a good 2 inches. He had enough room to curl up because he's wide, but he's not the kind of cat to curl up lol. He loves to stretch. My other cat is about the size of most adult cats and she fit in it perfectly and even slept in it from time to time just because she liked it. I have a third cat, a smaller one, and I'm going to use one of these instead. I was going to keep both and use one for my medium sized cat but decided that for such a long trip I would be returning one and bought another carrier, 24" x 16" x 16". . You haven't arrived yet. So I like this carrier very much. My only complaint is that the mesh on the screens is very soft and I don't feel it will stand up to a determined cat. It's not as hard wax as mesh which is more chew/starch resistant. I was very concerned that my two cats, which I first mentioned, chew. If you have a determined cat, this is not an option for you. My third cat I'm saving this for is very cold so I'm not worried about her scratching or chewing. It's a real shame, because otherwise it's a solid, well-made carrier.
