I am not at all happy with this purchase. Nowhere in the description of the item did it say it was made of neoprene - or something similar. It is very thick and heavy and will not allow for air flow at all. If I wore this under my clothes someone would have to call the rescue squad because I would collapse with heat stroke. I can see where this might have value as something you could wear while working out to "sweat off" the pounds, but it is not an actual undergarment. I was expecting an ordinary waist shaper like you can buy in the lingerie department of any department store. This is going back today.
