Review on Xero Shoes TerraFlex Running Hiking Men's Shoes in Athletic by David Gill

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Update: after 1 year of light use they are falling apart.

Update: After 1 year of light use (Covid kept me indoors) they are falling apart. The soles come off. The shoes have the build quality of cheap Chinatown slippers. The toe area is destroyed. The sole is a REALLY hard piece of rubber and even after you get used to flat soles, these special flat soles are too hard/unyielding to use on sidewalks. I regret the purchase and do not recommend it. First Review: While checking this one, I found another review that said the threads sewn into the material of the sock came out. I had a similar one, but it's not thread, it's sock material that's frayed at the edge. So it could be worse. Pinch-chik and they are not. The shoes hold up well and are very comfortable even after a full day on your feet. I would like to buy again.

Pros
  • Convenient design for quick on and off
Cons
  • May not be suitable for overpronators or underpronators.
