Review on Razorri Comodo Ceramic Fermentation Crock - 2L Traditional Water-Sealed Jar With Glazed Weights - Perfect For Kombucha, Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Pickles (Tangerine Tango) by Tommy Woods

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The perfect size! best in my review

I love fermenting.kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha.and I have used mason jars, and crocks and I love crocks the best for fermenting but all my crocks are huge and I don't always want gallons upon gallons of one product so I just love the size of this crock. Makes a good amount but not so much that you get sick of looking at it. Well constructed, the channel by the lid is filled with water to make an air tight seal but allow gasses to escape. I like that the weights are included because that isn't always the case. The smaller size also makes it easier to move around when full, something I can't do with my larger crocks. I've never made Kombucha in a crock, I'm thinking it would be a pain to get it out easily but I might actually try it. I felt the price was a good value compared to other crocks I own.

Pros
  • With the Razorri Comodo Ceramic Fermentation Crock, you can enjoy delicious, homemade fermented foods that are packed with flavor and nutrition, all while preserving the age-old art of fermentation
Cons
  • The tangerine color may not be to everyone's taste
