The ability for our staff to access their information from anywhere in the world has been very beneficial. It's also improved communication between departments as it allows us to share documents more easily. I would like to see some improvements in terms of how easy it is to navigate through the system. Also, there are times where it takes a few minutes before an update shows up. This can be frustrating when trying to track something that needs immediate attention. Accessibility at all hours of the day makes this program ideal! Our organization now has instant access to employee records across multiple states.
