And that's why I'm donating 100 bow ties to the REAP (Real Estate Associates Program), an industry-leading effort to link individuals of color to careers in real estate. REAP presents an opportunity for our city to continue our commitment to diversity and inclusion within our business community, while empowering and training local professionals to ultimately play a role in the vision for economic development right here in Kansas City.
